Here's a recent commissioned work, meet Shea, named after the stadium if I'm not mistaken. Pet portraiture can be interesting but stressful to paint, you are trying to capture a lot of emotions and personality in just one two dimensional image.  Most of all I really just want the recipient to be happy with it as a lot of these commissions are in memoriam.   Since I knew Shea this one was really enjoyable to create.
What are you lookin at?

    1. Sorry, deleted your comment by mistake. The original is now in private hands, however I can ask if they are OK with me selling a print.

  2. I love this painting of Shea. I can almost reach out and pet her. Wish I had a pet for you to paint.
